Through collaboration with regulators and clients, Ital Services Egypt supports the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) goals and aligns with the ISO 14064-1 standard for verified emission reporting.

Our technical and operations teams across the SMAPE Group work continuously to lower CO₂ emissions throughout all facilities and subsidiaries.

Between 2022 and 2024, the Group achieved a reduction of more than 80% in total greenhouse gas emissions — from over 42,000 tCO₂e to just above 8,000 tCO₂e — fully aligned with ISO 14064-1 verification standards and the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi).
